The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding large numbers of candidates within tight timelines, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company standards and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for tech and non-tech hiring positions.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final assessments.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Provide weekly hiring status updates and insights on market trends, challenges, and recommendations.
- Ensure alignment between hiring expectations, candidate profiles, and business priorities.
3. Candidate Experience:
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the company brand positively during all candidate interactions.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
4. Data & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics on the ATS or recruitment tracker.
- Analyze hiring data to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-fill metrics.
- Prepare regular recruitment dashboards and reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on tech hiring.
- Experience in mass recruitment within a fast-paced industry (FMCG, Fintech, Retail, or Telecom).
- Strong experience sourcing for front-line, entry-level, or sales roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- High sense of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
