Job Overview

We are seeking a Financial Reporting & Communications Analyst to join our Real Estate Investment Fund team and to structure, edit, and visually elevate institutional-grade investment materials.

About the Fund

MNT Halan and Azimut have jointly licensed a Multi-Tranche Real Estate Investment Fund designed as a capital market platform to originate and house diverse real estate investment opportunities. Through specialized tranches, the fund connects targeted investor groups with curated real estate assets, enabling retail, HNW, and institutional investors to access income-generating or appreciation-driven opportunities. Our investment mandate spans core real estate asset classes—office, retail, and short-term rental/hospitality as well as unconventional asset classes including renewable energy, agri-business, logistics, and others. The structure provides developers and asset owners with flexible capital solutions, allowing them to operate, partially or fully divest, refinance, or reacquire assets while optimizing their cost of capital and unlocking value from existing or new developments.

Key Responsibilities

· Structure, edit, and design institutional-grade investment materials (pitchbooks, IMs, IC memos, LP reports) to meet investment banking and private equity standards.

· Translate complex financial analysis, valuations, and research into clear, concise, and visually compelling narratives.

· Develop executive summaries and bite-size marketing materials derived from full investment decks, ensuring clarity and impact.

· Create high-quality data visualizations, charts, and layouts that enhance financial storytelling and decision-making.

· Collaborate closely with investment and deal teams to refine messaging, structure content, and align outputs with strategic objectives.

· Manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines, delivering high-quality outputs with speed and accuracy.

· Maintain and enforce house style guidelines and presentation standards across all materials.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banks, consulting, or financial presentation roles.

• Exceptional editing skills in both English and Arabic, with executive-level clarity.

• Proven ability to convert complex analysis into clear, compelling visuals.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with high accuracy.
