BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned SELPA Executive Director, perform responsible secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve the director of a variety of administrative details; coordinate communications and information; interpret policies and regulations to officials, staff, and the public; maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.

Edjoin Application Passing score on SCOE Executive Assistant Exam. If you have a SCOE Executive Assistant /Confidential Certificate or SCOE Administrative Assistant IV Certificate please attach it to your application. (Qualifying Applicants may receive an invitation to the exam on 6/01/26) Must be 18 years of age. (This position may require second (2nd) interviews for those chosen to move forward in the process.) ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance will be required prior to employment. Must be at least 18 years of age.
