About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of our products, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
1. On-Site Service – Install, maintain, and repair company products at customer locations.
2. Training & Feedback – Conduct product training sessions for customers and document technical feedback.
3. Documentation & Inventory Management – Manage service records, inventory (tools/spare parts), and warranty documentation.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
5. Compliance & Scheduling – Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service schedules.
6.Guide customers in diagnosing faults and performing repairs through remote technical support (phone and email).
Qualifications
1. Education or Experience – A vocational qualification (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Mechanical Technician) OR 1+ year of experience in technical support.
2. Language Skills – Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
3. Mobility – Willingness to travel within the region.
4. Driver’s License – A valid driver’s license is required.
5. Entry-Level Friendly – Candidates with limited experience or recent graduates in Mechanical Engineering are also welcome to apply.
6. Preferred – Currently residing in Germany.
