THE IT TEAM AND YOUR MISSIONS


You will be part of a small, enthusiastic and supportive team that is service-oriented, project-oriented and results-oriented. As part of your job, you will pay particular attention to the rigour of your work, the quality of the support provided to users, the proper functioning of equipment and the respect and documentation of procedures.


You will also be required to work on sensitive financial production systems, equipment and data. That's why it's essential that you place the utmost importance on security, privacy, and discretion at all times, in order to help maintain a secure digital environment.

You have at least 5 years of experience in the banking sector.


JOB DESCRIPTION


In order to improve the quality of the SWCS's services to citizens, you will carry out the following main missions:


Support to users for incident and problem management, with diagnosis and ticket follow-up in compliance with the internal SLA (helpdesk)

Onboarding of new users and support (best practices, advice, handling of the tools, etc.)

Assistance with various tasks related to the operations of the unit (management of assets, user accounts, etc.)

Deployment and configuration of new machines

Administration réseau : configuration, switching,…

Documentation and compliance with procedures

Technical skills:


Minimum

Proficiency in Intune (deployment and update of the fleet, Windows patching, driver updates, upgrades, etc.)

SCCM Knowledge

Mastery of the operation of the Active Directory (management of groups, hardware, users, rights,...)

Mastery of hardware tools (diagnostics)

Disk cloning (ghost), disk wipe, virus scanning (via bootable key), bitlocker management

Knowledge of office automation tools (Windows 11, Microsoft 365, adobe, keepass,...)

Knowledge of how ticketing tools work

Knowledge of Jira

Knowledge of CISCO and HUAWEI switching

Knowledge of document sharing management (Sharepoint, Onedrive,...)

Knowledge of access control solutions (badging)

Knowledge of how Microsoft Azure works (Entra)

Advantages

Knowledge of WSUS or similar tool

Knowledge of VCloud Director (VMWARE)

Knowledge of IIS

Powershell knowledge

Knowledge of monitoring tools (Nagios, OP5, etc.)

Knowledge of Fortinet VPN Client Operation

Minimum 3 years of experience in the majority of the technical skills targeted in the last 5 years.
