Responsibilities
- Be responsible for achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio of accounts.
- Create and maintain a detailed account plan outlining necessary relationships, opportunities, revenue expectations, and strategies to address potential threats and weaknesses.
- Strategically manage and advance customer relations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, retention, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Promote our full range of services within the client's organization, ensuring they are aware of the value we can provide.
- Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews to assess and enhance client satisfaction.
- Create and negotiate complex quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts, managing the entire sales negotiation process at the decision-making level.
- Collaborate with the Talent and Recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- 3+ years of professional experience in sales or account management.
- 1+ years of sales experience in the software consulting, IT staffing, or IT recruiting industry.
- A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and a functional grasp of AI concepts (e.g., LLMs, Machine Learning, Agentic Workflows). You don't need to be a developer, but you must be able to lead the initial technical conversation.
- Proficiency with CRM practices.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English is required.
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to build productive relationships with decision-makers.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
- In-depth understanding of best sales practices and negotiating techniques.
- A proven track record of opening doors to new opportunities and achieving revenue quotas.
- Extensive experience managing small companies or startups, adapting engagement models to suit their rapid growth cycles, evolving needs, and budget constraints.
- A valid US B1/B2 visa is highly preferred due to the frequency of US-based client travel.
