Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Engineering Product Manager with 12–15 years of experience in product engineering, technology leadership, and end-to-end product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, architecture, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver scalable and high-performing technology solutions. This role requires a strong blend of product thinking, engineering expertise, system design capabilities, and leadership in modern cloud-native architectures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in product engineering, product management, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management and product delivery.
• Strong expertise in system design, scalable architecture, HLD, and LLD.
• Hands-on understanding of .NET and/or Java technology stacks.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and serverless architectures.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, and requirement gathering skills.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
