About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to drive strategic AI and GenAI consulting engagements within healthcare enterprise accounts.
This role combines:
- Client relationship management
- AI/GenAI solution consulting
- Account growth strategy
- Executive stakeholder engagement
- Commercial solutioning
You will work closely with global consulting, AI, and delivery teams while partnering directly with Director- and VP-level healthcare stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Growth
- Drive growth within strategic healthcare accounts
- Build and sustain relationships with Director- and VP-level stakeholders
- Understand healthcare operating models, business processes, and value chains
- Identify account expansion opportunities and strategic initiatives
AI / GenAI Solutioning
- Develop AI and GenAI business use cases
- Shape proposals and consulting solutions
- Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams to build client roadmaps
- Position advanced AI capabilities and commercial models
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with global consulting and delivery teams
- Ensure successful pilot-to-production AI engagements
- Support subscription and outcome-based solution models
Required Qualifications
Must Have
โ 10โ18 years of experience in:
- Account Management
- Customer Success
- Presales
- Consulting Services
โ Experience with:
- BI
- AI/ML
- GenAI
- Cloud technologies
โ Strong healthcare industry understanding
โ Experience driving enterprise account growth
โ Strong executive stakeholder management skills
AI / GenAI Technical Understanding
โ Knowledge of:
- LLMs | Prompt engineering | Fine-tuning | Embeddings
โ Familiarity with:
- Agentic AI | Workflow orchestration | Multi-agent systems
โ Exposure to:
- Azure OpenAI | AWS Bedrock | Google Vertex AI | LangChain | RAG frameworks
