Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – New Product Launch (Project Management) for CIS Region to drive end-to-end coordination of product launches across emerging markets. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, project tracking, and stakeholder management to ensure timely and successful product commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the lead integrator between Country Business units, Country Regulatory, HO Regulatory, HO Marketing, and Manufacturing Plants.
  • Meeting Management: Organize and facilitate recurring project status meetings with all stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and align on launch priorities.
  • Documentation & Accountability: Draft and circulate comprehensive Minutes of Meeting (MoM), ensuring all action items are assigned, tracked, and followed up to closure.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Launch Dashboards: Maintain and update real-time project dashboards to provide insights into launch readiness and potential risks.
  • Critical Path Analysis: Monitor timelines across different departments to ensure that delays in one area are mitigated by adjustments in others (e.g., plant scheduling).

Site visits

  • Plant & Regulatory Visits (local): Engage in local travel to manufacturing units and regulatory departments for regular meetings.
  • Internal Marketing Interface: Collaborate with HO Marketing to ensure that supply chain and regulatory timelines align with commercial campaign launches.

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Project Management Tools: Mastery of project scheduling and tracking.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with expert-level skills in Excel (tracking and data analysis), SharePoint (document repository management), and Outlook.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for managing stakeholders across different geographies and seniority levels.
