The role


This is a broad, high-impact leadership role for a strategic operator who can connect vision to execution across a growing SaaS company. You'll partner directly with the CEO as a thought partner and force multiplier, owning go-to-market accountability, cross-functional alignment, and operational rigor. This is a player-coach seat at a lean, high-conviction team.


What you'll do

  • Partner with the CEO on strategic priorities, operating cadence, and day-to-day execution
  • Own direct accountability for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations
  • Shape and execute GTM strategy across acquisition, retention, expansion, and monetization
  • Build systems, dashboards, and accountability rhythms that scale without unnecessary complexity
  • Use data to identify growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and performance gaps
  • Manage integration of acquired companies and build repeatable playbooks for future transactions
  • Lead by example in AI adoption and embed AI-first practices across the organization


What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of SaaS leadership with meaningful operational scope
  • Proven track record across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Experience as a senior strategic partner to a CEO or founder
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions and resource allocation
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS operating metrics, buyer journeys, and GTM motions
  • Active, demonstrated use of AI in daily execution, including agentic workflows
