Job Title: Java Technical Lead Location: AtlantaJob SummaryKey Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development and delivery of collateral management applications
- Design and develop microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
- Build and optimize APIs, workflows, and batch processing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide developers
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and production stability
- Support cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Good knowledge of SQL and database design
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps
- Understanding of workflow tools and messaging systems (Kafka/MQ)
- Experience in high-volume data processing and distributed systems
- Banking or financial domain experience
- Exposure to collateral management or similar systems
