Role Overview:

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and organization to maintain the high standards of Palazzo Ezulwini ICC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and order in all areas of the venue.
  • Perform regular inspections of public areas, restrooms, and event spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
  • Train and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies and ensure inventory is maintained at required levels.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a supervisory role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
