Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Lead and manage the security team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Oversee access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and perimeter security.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive security measures.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate security planning for high-profile events, VIP visits, and large-scale conferences.
- Liaise with local law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and government authorities.
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct regular safety drills and emergency preparedness training.
- Monitor security budgets and manage security-related contracts and service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in security management, preferably within hospitality, convention centers, or large commercial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, and emergency response planning.
- Experience managing large teams and coordinating event security operations.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during events and emergencies when required.
