Senior Business Analyst

SNI Financial is partnering with one of the highest ranking real estate developers in the country that is looking to hire someone into their newly opened Senior Business Analyst position.

In this role, you will be able to work under a strong management team with internal advancement and growth opportunities, while also having a strong compensation package that includes a competitive base salary and annual bonus.

This position will be responsible for operational and business analysis, compensation modeling, creating detailed reports, and automation and streamlining of procedures.

Experience needed to be qualified for this role include:

• 2+ years of experience within financial/business analysis and operations OR public accounting experience
• Bachelors degree from a U.S. based University
• Excellent and strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability and willingness to work fully onsite
• Real estate industry experience is highly preferred
