About the Opportunity
Bloom Partners Talent Solutions is partnered with a fast-growing, private-equity-backed commercial landscape services platform seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support continued growth across the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
This is a true business development/hunter role focused on new commercial contract sales. The company is scaling aggressively across Texas and nationally, creating a strong opportunity for a sales professional who wants to build territory revenue, pursue larger commercial accounts, and grow within a larger platform.
Role Overview
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new commercial business across the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
This role will focus on:
- Building new client relationships
- Prospecting and developing territory opportunities
- Selling recurring commercial service contracts
- Preparing estimates and proposals
- Closing new commercial business
- Partnering with operations to ensure work can be properly executed
This is not a residential sales role. The focus is on commercial recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial business across the Dallas-Fort Worth territory
- Sell recurring commercial service contracts, including landscape maintenance, parking lot sweeping, snow response, and related exterior services
- Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, ownership groups, HOAs, COAs, multifamily operators, industrial clients, office properties, and retail centers
- Prospect through cold calling, networking, industry events, referrals, and market outreach
- Prepare estimates and proposals for commercial maintenance and service contracts
- Use tools such as Aspire and Site Recon to support estimating, measuring, proposal development, and sales tracking
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales reporting
- Represent the company at industry associations, networking events, golf outings, and client-facing events
- Focus on new logo acquisition and recurring revenue growth
Qualifications
- Proven success in business development, territory sales, outside sales, or commercial account growth
- Experience selling commercial services, ideally within landscaping, facility services, property maintenance, sweeping, paving, roofing, janitorial, pest control, waste, security, or another recurring service-based industry
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build a territory
- Experience selling to property managers, facility managers, commercial owners, HOAs, COAs, multifamily groups, industrial clients, office properties, or retail centers
- Comfortable creating estimates, proposals, and sales presentations
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up discipline
- Ability to manage a pipeline and track sales activity through a CRM or sales platform
- Comfortable working in a fast-growth, private-equity-backed environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable to revenue production
Preferred Experience
- Commercial landscape maintenance sales
- Parking lot sweeping or exterior property services sales
- Experience using Aspire, Site Recon, or similar estimating / CRM tools
- Existing network in the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate, property management, HOA, COA, industrial, or facilities market
- Experience selling multi-year recurring revenue contracts
Compensation & Benefits
