Senior Account Executive - B2B SaaS | Field Operations Platform

Location: Canada Remote | EST Preferred

Compensation: $90K-$110K CAD Base | $200K+ OTE | Uncapped Commission

SRA Staffing is exclusively representing a profitable, high-growth Canadian SaaS company expanding across renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, and field service markets.

Our client provides a configurable field operations platform that helps organizations manage work orders, dispatch, asset tracking, project workflows, and field-to-office execution.

This is a full-cycle Senior Account Executive role for a disciplined SaaS seller who can build pipeline, run discovery, demo the platform, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and close net-new business.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning discovery through close
  • Generating 60-70% of your own pipeline
  • Selling into operations, field, project, infrastructure, and executive stakeholders
  • Managing 3-6 month sales cycles
  • Closing mid-market SaaS deals in the $25K-$100K ARR range
  • Carrying a $1M+ ARR annual quota
  • Supporting customers across Canada, the U.S., and potentially UK/EU time zones
  • Operating in a structured, KPI-driven sales environment

This is not an inbound-led AE role. The successful candidate will be comfortable with outbound prospecting, activity accountability, disciplined follow-up, and a hands-on ramp into a configurable product.

Ideal Background

  • 7+ years B2B SaaS AE experience
  • Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
  • Proven ownership of $750K+ ARR annual quota
  • Consistent quota attainment
  • Strong outbound/self-sourced pipeline experience
  • Experience selling configurable or workflow-based SaaS platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple active deals at once
  • Strong discovery, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills

Relevant backgrounds may include:

  • Field operations software
  • Construction tech
  • Renewable energy or infrastructure software
  • Field service management
  • Project management platforms
  • Asset management platforms
  • ERP, CRM, or operational workflow software

Requirements

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Preference is for EST-based candidates, but strong candidates across Canada will be considered if they can consistently support EST business hours and occasional UK/EU-facing meetings.
