J. Katz & Partners is conducting a confidential search for a senior Corporate Services & Administration leader with a highly regarded financial services organization.
This is a strategic operational leadership role focused on building structure, consistency, governance, and service standards across a large-scale executive support and corporate services environment throughout the Americas.
The position oversees a geographically distributed Executive Assistant organization and broader corporate services functions, including conference services, executive operations, travel program management, and administrative infrastructure.
The organization is seeking a strong operator and change leader capable of:
• Building scalable operating models and service frameworks
• Leading and developing multi-site administrative teams at scale
• Driving process improvement, governance, and operational discipline
• Partnering effectively with senior executives and cross-functional leadership
• Managing complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and discretion
Qualified candidates will ideally bring:
• 10+ years of experience in corporate administration, executive services, business operations, or related leadership environments
• Experience leading administrative or operational teams across multiple locations
• Background within financial services, professional services, consulting, legal, or similarly high-performance environments
• Strong executive presence, operational rigor, and organizational leadership capabilities
