Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support for multiple Florida locations. This role is responsible for assisting with daily office functions, maintaining accurate records, supporting communication efforts, and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for all Florida locations within the assigned market.
  • Create and manage new subscriptions and account setups as needed.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor and review aged balances and assist with follow-up communications.
  • Draft, send, and respond to emails regarding operational and administrative matters.
  • Complete Daily Collection Reports (DCRs) for select locations within the market.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Support communication between locations, leadership, and internal departments.
  • Assist with additional administrative and operational projects as assigned.

Schedule

In office - Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
