Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with customers, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth. You will play a key role in building lasting relationships with clients and contributing to the overall success of Paul Rigby Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers within the Automotive & Driving sector, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide informed advice to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and operations to support business goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Automotive & Driving industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Full UK driving licence is preferred.
