This position partners closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure strategies remain responsive to evolving external factors, including technology trends, customer needs, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
Your Main Responsabilities
- Strategy & Growth Leadership
- Contribute to the development of strategies that drive profitable organic and inorganic growth.
- Identify and evaluate new growth platforms and opportunities by assessing market attractiveness, competitive dynamics, business models, and “what it takes to win.”
- Support alignment on strategic direction and execution plans across leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Help lead the annual strategic planning process and strengthen strategic capabilities across the organization.
- Generate market and business intelligence insights through fact-based analysis of market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and technology advancements.
- Lead primary and secondary research to inform strategic choices and investment priorities.
- Constructively challenge existing assumptions to refine “where to play” and “how to win” decisions.
- Lead complex, cross-functional strategy projects using a hands-on, hypothesis-driven approach.
- Develop high-quality project deliverables and executive-level presentations.
- Build strong relationships across functions and levels to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation.
- Support strategy deployment and, when needed, assist with implementation to ensure impact.
- Research, identify, and assess inorganic growth opportunities.
- Support M&A pipeline development, evaluation, and management.
- 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, with additional in-house strategy experience in an industrial or healthcare-related company preferred.
- Experience in MedTech and/or CDMO environments strongly preferred.
- Exposure to sales, operations, or product management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree from a top program highly preferred.
- Engineering background at undergraduate or graduate level is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
- M&A deal experience preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous challenges using a hypothesis-driven approach.
- Proven ability to manage strategy projects end-to-end and provide thought leadership to diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, compelling messages for senior audiences.
- Strong active listening and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders around a common vision.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to stay connected to strategy execution and support implementation when required.
- Comfortable and effective working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
