Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and Screening:
- Manage sourcing channels and use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Salesforce to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, evaluate Predictive Index profiles, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and conduct the initial interview with candidates and provide interview feedback.
- Coordinate subsequent interview stages, including endorsements to hiring managers and final interviews with executive leadership.
- Coordinate with R&S Compliance Specialist and IT to conduct systems and background checks.
- Ensure compliance with MMM’s internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly update stakeholders, including hiring managers and executives, on recruitment status and candidate progress.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interview outcomes, and hiring decisions within the recruitment tracking system.
- Utilize the Sourcing & Endorsement Tracker and Salesforce to manage productivity and progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple candidates in various stages of the hiring process.
- At least 3 years experience in end to end recruitment preferably in Executive Search setting
- Excellent analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates
- Takes initiative and have a high sense of accountability
