The company delivers end-to-end solutions including fiber rollout, network design, hardware deployment, and ongoing IT support for enterprise clients, working closely with telco partners and field teams to ensure reliable and scalable project execution.

Role Overview

The IT Project Coordinator supports the IT Project Manager in tracking, coordinating, and documenting infrastructure projects, primarily covering network deployments, fiber installations, and hardware rollouts. This role ensures that all project activities are properly monitored, updated, and aligned with timelines.

The position requires someone with exposure to telco or infrastructure deployment environments, capable of supporting field operations, managing trackers, and ensuring no task or dependency is missed during execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers for network deployment and rollout activities
• Monitor daily progress of site installations and task completion
• Coordinate schedules with field engineers, vendors, and internal teams
• Track materials, manpower assignments, and site readiness
• Document updates, delays, and action items across projects
• Support communication between IT Project Manager, Compliance, and Field Operations teams
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date
• Assist in preparing client and internal status reports

• Accurate tracking of all project activities and milestones
• No missed follow-ups or undocumented delays
• Consistent and reliable reporting across projects
• Improved coordination across teams

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in telco or IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with network deployments, fiber projects, or field operations
• Strong organizational and tracking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Experience supporting telco rollout or ISP deployment projects
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (ClickUp, Excel trackers, etc.)
