Ceremony TV is a prestige studio building the next major media brand and global storytelling.


Our episodes are pulling 100K–250K+ views, our audience is the high-agency consumer.

the Role

We aren't looking for a passive account manager; we need a builder and a relentless closer who can translate high-brow cultural capital into premium brand revenue.

What You'll Do
  • Close Premium Deals: Source, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value brand integrations with premium consumer categories (e.g., luxury watchmakers, automotive, spirits, finance, and premium consumer tech).
  • Lead Agency Relationships: Build and maintain deep relationships with media agencies, brand managers, and influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Whalar, Viral Nation, Open Influence).
  • Shape Pricing & Packaging: Define our tier structure, set competitive rates based on real performance data, and dynamically evolve our pricing matrix as our audience scales.
  • Develop Next-Level Collateral: Partner with our creative team to refine pitch decks, sponsorship proposals, case studies, and post-campaign reporting frameworks that command respect and close deals.
  • Own the Pipeline: Build, manage, and rigorously track a CRM-driven pipeline of prospects. Set clear revenue targets, track conversion rates, and provide accurate financial forecasting.
Who You Are
  • Experienced: You bring 6–10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or media partnerships at a digital media company, premium content studio, podcast network, or major creator-led brand.
  • A Proven Closer: You have a demonstrated, verifiable track record of closing $25K+ (and ideally much larger) branded content and sponsorship deals.
  • Connected: You possess an active, existing rolodex of brand managers and media agencies in at least one premium consumer category (luxury, automotive, spirits, finance, tech, fashion).
  • Editorial-Minded: You have a strong instinct for prestige editorial positioning. You inherently understand the difference between selling programmatic display ads and selling high-value editorial association.
  • An Entrepreneurial Builder: You are comfortable building from zero. You don’t need an inherited pipeline or a pre-written playbook. You want to write the playbook.
  • An Elite Communicator: You are a compelling writer and speaker. You can craft a bespoke pitch email that actually gets opened and answered by a CMO.
  • Culturally Aligned: You have a genuine love for documentary filmmaking, journalism, sports, or premium narrative content. We aren’t selling SaaS; you need to genuinely care about the stories we tell.
MUST HAVES
  • Existing brand and agency relationships specifically within finance, tech, football, sports, health and wellness.


GOOD TO HAVE

  • Direct experience selling sponsorships for long-form YouTube content, premium podcasts, or documentary series.
  • A professional background at companies like Vice, The Athletic, A24, Vox Media, Pushkin, Wondery, Crooked Media, The Ringer, or similar premium media brands.
