Responsibilities
- Lead digital design across websites, campaigns, and interactive brand experiences.
- Guide UX/UI thinking to ensure work is both visually strong and user-friendly.
- Create and oversee wireframes, design systems, layouts, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
- Partner with creative, strategy, account, and development teams to bring ideas to life.
- Present work to internal teams and clients with clarity and confidence.
- Mentor and provide direction to junior and mid-level designers.
- Maintain high creative standards while balancing timelines and business goals.
- Help shape and evolve digital best practices across brands.
- 4-5+ years of digital design experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Advanced Figma skills with strong experience across wireframes, design systems, layouts, and high-fidelity UI
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, digital campaigns, and UX/UI work.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and developer handoff workflows.
- Ability to lead projects independently and move work forward quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with equal focus on concept and execution.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience is a plus, but not required.
