Creative Strategist, Uber Advertising

As a Creative Strategist, you will support the Uber Advertising Sales and Account Management team to drive sustainable revenue growth. You are a captivating storyteller and strategic thinker who conceptualizes unique ways for advertisers to connect with the Uber audiences - by developing inspiring, insights-backed ideas on how a brand can engage consumers on Uber. You'll be seen as an indispensable strategic thought partner for our Ad Sales teams and our top advertising partners. You have a strong understanding of the sales business and have a good gauge of the advertising industry by category.
What You'll Do
- Create strategic, big picture partnership opportunities to present to key accounts and agency partners
- Lead with insights - to highlight actionable data in our proposals
- Liaise with internal teams to develop proactive packages tailored to seasons, tentpole events, verticals, and audiences
- Present concepts to clients (and internal teams) with poise and offering strategic solutions
- Build case studies, best practices and champion advertiser success across the Uber platform
- 4+ years' experience in Creative Strategy, Advertising, AdTech, Marketing, Technology or similar
- Proven track record in Advertising
- Bachelor's degree
- Passionate about building foundations and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Flexible, resilient, problem solver who is excited about forging new paths within partnership teams.
- Be able to work cross functionally with many other roles and stakeholders in the company
- Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners
- Deep understanding of and enthusiasm for creativity, technology, and advertising
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for learning
