Entry-Level Marketing Assistant (Graduate Welcome)

Graduating in the next few weeks and looking for a role where you can gain real-world business experience from day one?

Lega Nova Group works with growing brands to support customer acquisition through face-to-face marketing campaigns. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for individuals ready to learn, contribute, and develop across multiple areas of the business.

This is an entry-level position designed for graduates and career starters. No prior experience is required—training is provided.

What you’ll be doing:

• Representing clients in direct marketing campaigns
• Engaging with customers and building brand awareness
• Developing sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Supporting daily campaign and team operations

Structured Development & Cross-Training:

We operate a structured management development process, where individuals are cross-trained in multiple areas of the business, including:

• Customer acquisition and sales fundamentals
• Campaign coordination and performance tracking
• Team support and leadership development basics

Progression is based on performance, consistency, and development across these areas.

• Recent graduates or individuals starting their careers
• Strong communication skills
• A proactive and coachable mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
