We’re partnered with a preseed startup building AI-powered infrastructure for the private capital markets.

They’re hiring a Head of Engineering / Founding Engineer to help build both the product and engineering team from the ground up alongside the founders.

The Role

This is a hands-on founding role for someone who enjoys owning systems end-to-end and operating across the stack.

You’ll architect core platform systems, ship production code, and help establish the engineering culture as the company scales.

Ideal background:

• Big tech or scaled platform experience
• Followed by startup/founding engineer experience
• Strong product and systems instincts

What They’re Looking For

• 8+ years experience in software engineering
• Strong full-stack engineering experience
• Python + modern frontend experience (React / Typescript ideal)
• Startup experience, ideally as an early or founding engineer
• Track record building 0-1
• Comfortable in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
