Hiring: Strategic Access Lead — Health Systems (contract to start)
I’m looking for a very specific operator.
Not a generic SaaS seller.
Not a partnerships generalist.
Not someone who turns everything into a demo and a pipeline deck.
EasyHealth Systems™ is financial governance infrastructure for healthcare.
We are not selling workflow software. We are not selling denial management. We are not selling another rev-cycle tool.
We run a 30-day, read-only forensic validation that tells a health system one thing:
what portion of its receivable base was actually enforceable at formation — and what portion should never have entered A/R in the first place.
No system replacement.
No workflow change.
No write-back.
No operational disruption.
The right person for this role knows how to open doors with hospital CFOs, Treasurers, COOs, CEOs, and Audit Committee-level stakeholders — and hold a serious balance-sheet conversation once in the room.
You should be able to speak fluently about:
- asset quality
- reserve distortion
- DSO drag
- denial exposure
- disputed vs. governed receivables
- financial governance
- audit / treasury / board-level implications
This is a contract-first role for someone with real executive access and strong judgment.
