At-a-Glance:

Are you ready to build your career by joining a global financial institution? If so, our client is hiring a Senior Project Manager.

Position Type:

  • Contract
  • On-Site

Required:

  • 8 - 10+ years of experience in program or project management within marketing, media, content, digital, or complex matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, high visibility initiatives with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep experience working within regulated environments, including governance, legal review, compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong command of project planning tools, trackers, timelines, and reporting, with an obsessive attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to cut through complexity and drive decisions.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels, often simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Program & Initiative Leadership:

  • Own and lead complex, multi workstream programs comparable in scope to Blueprint, Exceptional Leaders, Hard Lessons, and other firmwide franchises—spanning video, audio, digital, events, paid/owned channels, and internal platforms.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear, executable program plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery models.
  • Drive programs from early concept and stakeholder alignment through launch, amplification, and postlaunch measurement.

Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across FWM, Digital Strategy, Creative Services, Legal, Compliance, Research, IBD, GCM, and external agencies.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and decision points, escalating clearly and early with recommendations—not just issues.
  • Lead cross-functional forums, working sessions, and checkpoints to ensure alignment, accountability, and forward momentum.

Governance, Risk & Controls:

  • Ensure all programs meet firm governance, legal, and compliance requirements, working closely with Legal, Compliance, LCD, Research, and Control Group partners.
  • Own and manage disclosure alignment, review workflows, and approvals, ensuring consistency across formats (video, audio, and digital, paid, internal).
  • Maintain audit ready documentation, trackers, and decision logs in line with PMO and COO expectations.

Execution Excellence & Speed to Market:

  • Build and manage detailed project plans, master timelines, asset trackers, and distribution plans that enable rapid execution without surprises.
  • Drive efficient workflows across creative, production, distribution, and amplification—balancing speed, quality, and control.
  • Continuously improve PMO processes, templates, and operating rhythms to scale best practices across programs.

Communication & PMO Leadership:

  • Produce clear, concise, executive ready updates (written and verbal) for senior leadership, mirroring the tone, clarity, and rigor used in PMO communications and emails.
  • Serve as a model PMO leader, setting the standard for how programs are run, documented, and communicated.
  • Mentor and collaborate with other PMO team members, raising the overall bar for program management excellence.
