Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in retail and e-commerce. The role focuses on improving customer experience, optimizing digital platforms, and supporting online business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for e-commerce platforms
- Analyze customer journeys and online shopping behavior
- Work with product, marketing, and development teams
- Support enhancements to catalog, pricing, and order management systems
- Create user stories and documentation
- Support A/B testing and performance improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience in retail/e-commerce domain
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts
