We’re partnering with a high-growth, PE-aligned advisory platform experiencing significant momentum across its U.S. business, driven by increased deal activity and demand for hands-on value creation within portfolio companies.

They are looking to hire a Managing Director / Partner to help build and scale their Private Equity Value Creation offering, working directly with PE sponsors, operating partners, and portfolio company CFOs.

🔹 The Role

This is not traditional consulting. It’s a hands-on, execution-led role focused on driving measurable outcomes across PE-backed businesses.

You will:

• Lead value creation programmes across portfolio companies (revenue growth, cost optimisation, cash improvement)
• Translate investment theses into 100-day plans and actionable initiatives
• Partner closely with CFOs and management teams to drive performance
• Support deal teams pre- and post-acquisition
• Play a key role in growing the PE practice and originating work

🔹 What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering value creation within PE-backed businesses
• Background in:
• PE-focused advisory firms, or
• Operating roles within portfolio companies
• Strong FP&A and performance management capability
• Ability to operate at both:
• Board / sponsor level, and
• Hands-on execution level
• Track record of building client relationships and driving growth
