Business Development Manager – Industrial Sales

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow new business across North America within industrial and manufacturing markets. This is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on prospecting, territory growth, and building long-term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities across industrial manufacturing markets
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and site visits
  • Travel extensively throughout North America to meet with customers and attend industry events
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers in aerospace, manufacturing, injection molding, defense, and related industries

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with a drive to win new business
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships
  • Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand mechanical applications and engineering drawings is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
