Business Development Manager – Industrial Sales
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow new business across North America within industrial and manufacturing markets. This is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on prospecting, territory growth, and building long-term customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across industrial manufacturing markets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and site visits
- Travel extensively throughout North America to meet with customers and attend industry events
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Develop long-term relationships with customers in aerospace, manufacturing, injection molding, defense, and related industries
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
- Strong hunter mentality with a drive to win new business
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships
- Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to understand mechanical applications and engineering drawings is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to travel up to 75%
