Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager located in Clarksville, TN. The Restaurant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal performance in areas such as staffing, customer satisfaction, and financial management. Responsibilities include supervising and training team members, managing budgets, maintaining high-quality service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding compliance with health and safety guidelines. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to drive success through teamwork and effective decision-making.

Qualifications

• Competence in P&L Management and Budgeting to ensure financial health and efficiency
• Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance guest experiences
• Skills in Hiring and team development to build and maintain an effective workforce
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and address operational challenges
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Must be able to Train out of State for 6 to 8 Weeks. Travel, Lodging, & Per Diem Provided.

Salary Range

$75,000-$85,000 Per Year
