This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Grand Blanc, MI. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with booking and managing travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and transportation. You'll provide personalized travel advice, ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate travel policies, and resolve travel-related issues. You will also maintain excellent customer relationships by anticipating travelers' needs and delivering prompt and professional service. Collaboration with team members and other departments is critical to ensure the success of our clients' travel experiences.

• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
• Proficiency in travel management tools, booking systems, and relevant technology
• Problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of travel products, services, and industry regulations
• Previous experience in travel consulting, customer service, or hospitality is a plus
• Ability to handle a dynamic work environment with professionalism and efficiency
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in travel, tourism, or a related field is an advantage
