Join our team at Warwickshire County Cricket Club as part of our Fan Squad for the 2026 season and play a key role in delivering unforgettable matchday experiences at Edgbaston. This is a casual, zero-hours opportunity supporting both T20 Blast and The Hundred fixtures, as well as a range of community events across Birmingham and the wider region. You'll be at the heart of the action - welcoming fans, bringing energy to interactive zones, supporting sponsor activations, and helping create a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere for supporters of all ages.

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and approachable individuals who are confident engaging with diverse audiences and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and flexibility are essential, along with a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of activities; from matchday entertainment to community outreach.

While experience in events, sport, customer service, or marketing is beneficial, it's not essential. This role is ideal for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in live events, fan engagement, and community activation, with full training provided and the opportunity to work behind the scenes at major sporting events.

Contract & Hours:

  • Zerohour contract: shifts offered according to event schedules and business needs.
  • Work during T20 Blast, The Hundred, and selected community events throughout the season.
  • Hours vary and may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

For further information about the role, including detailed responsibilities and requirements, please refer to the Job Description available here.
