We’re hiring an Account Executive for a 50 FTE scale-up that built an AI co-pilot for smarter, revenue-driving sales.


🔎 Why apply?

  • Earn up to €155K OTE (€80K base + uncapped €75K OTE)
  • Close deals around €30K ACV with short sales cycles (±3 months)

☘️ What will you do?

As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle:

  • Close deals: You run the process
  • Run demos: Engage Heads of Sales, and IT stakeholders with compelling product demos
  • Manage stakeholders: Navigate multi-threaded mid-market sales cycles
  • Drive impact: Help customers unlock revenue growth using AI-driven insights

  • B2B SaaS closing experience
  • Comfortable in outbound-heavy environments
  • Experience closing mid-market deals
  • Commercially driven and self-sufficient
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
