We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Custody Client Operations Team Manager (Vice President) to join our Custody Client Operations, Cash and Security Settlements Team. This role is located in Frankfurt, Germany.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- You will be responsible for the daily management of a team of client service professionals responsible for providing quality support to our German clients
- You will act as escalation contact for our German clients, striving to assist our clients in resolving highly complex or non-routine client issues and inquiries.
- You will act as day-to-day contact for top tier investment services firms based in Germany.
- You will build strong, collaborative relationships internally with Global Operational Teams and Service Directors for German Clients. You will report client trends and needs; may provide forward-looking insight on client issues to drive future revenue growth.
- You will also build strong relationships with German Clients and oversee and provide guidance on internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. You will determine needed improvements through review and analysis of problems reported.
- You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of policies and procedures for your team and sets metrics and goals to ensure continuous process improvement and optimal client satisfaction.
- You will bring an AI and Digital mindset and / or experience to optimize the functioning of your team and the service provided to our German client base.
- You will direct, motivate and develop your staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-5 years work experience in financial services, or similar industry, with at least 1-2 years people management experience
- Fluent in German and English.
