The Opportunity: This is a high-visibility leadership role within one of Germany’s most influential financial institutions. As the market moves from "Chatbots" to "Autonomous Agents," you will be the primary architect of this transition. You are not just implementing technology; you are redefining the operational fabric of a banking giant to ensure it remains competitive in an AI-first economy.

Your Mission:

• Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a multi-year GenAI roadmap that moves beyond productivity tools into autonomous agentic workflows for credit scoring, fraud detection, and compliance.
• Orchestration & Governance: Build a robust internal platform for multi-agent systems, ensuring every agent operates within the BaFin regulations and the EU AI Act.
• Executive Influence: Act as the internal evangelist for AI, translating complex technical milestones into business value for the Board of Directors and C-suite.
• Team Leadership: Scale and mentor an interdisciplinary team of 15+ ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI Ethics specialists.

What You Bring:

• A proven track record of deploying LLM-based systems in production (LangChain, CrewAI, or proprietary frameworks).
• Deep understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and the fine-tuning of domain-specific models.
• The "German Banking" mindset: A fanatical focus on data security, privacy (GDPR), and regulatory compliance.
