Overview
Seeking a senior commercial leader to drive revenue growth across DACH and EMEA through strategic sales leadership, analytics, and go-to-market excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute data-driven sales and growth strategy
- Lead and scale B2B sales teams across DACH/EMEA
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, pricing, and performance analytics
- Build senior relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners
- Optimize CRM, reporting, and sales processes (e.g. Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and RevOps on go-to-market execution
Requirements
- Executive experience in sales, commercial strategy, and analytics
- Background in Domestic appliances / home appliances / Electronics
- Proven success scaling data-led sales organizations in Germany/EMEA
- Strong expertise in forecasting, pricing, segmentation, and revenue growth
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution focus
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred
- Fluent English required; German preferred
