- Manage procurement operations in line with customer needs and company policy.
- Place orders for raw materials, anticipating high-demand periods (e.g., weekends, peak seasons).
- Ensure stock management aligns with FIFO and cost-efficiency standards, regularly controlling inventory, cold room temperatures, and expiry dates.
- Develop action plans to address discrepancies and ensure customer requirements are met.
- Oversee product inventory management, including purchase order issuance and invoice records.
- Contribute to Quality Management System (QMS) strategic planning and manage lab costs, implementing solutions as necessary.
- Supervise and develop team skills, conduct briefings, and set daily objectives.
- Facilitate team recruitment, training, and evaluation, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Foster communication within the team and other departments to support cohesive teamwork.
- Enforce safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in all procurement areas.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene procedures.
- Must be located near Frankfurt (No work from Home)
- Full time job from Monday untill Friday
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a procurement or supply management role.
- Skills: Strong logistics and supply chain skills, knowledge of safety/security protocols, proficiency with IT tools (Office suite), and experience with inventory management software.
- Soft Skills: Leadership, responsibility, adaptability, and teamwork.
