Business Analyst

The Role

• Responsible for capturing, analysing, evaluating, and structuring functional and regulatory requirements for compliance systems.
• Developing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria within agile software development, actively participating in refinements, creating and executing test cases, and approving system adjustments.
• Providing application support and acting as 2nd-level support for specialist departments.
• Preparing and executing functional rollouts, creating user documentation, and training materials.
• Actively contributing to the expansion of innovation topics within the financial services sector.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in a banking compliance environment, with methodological knowledge in functional requirements and process analysis.
• Experience in test case creation and execution.
• Certifications in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and test management, complemented by knowledge of software development processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a target-oriented and independent work approach, contributing constructively to the team.
• Good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
