Our client is an international B2B services company with a strong presence across several markets. As part of its continued growth, the company is now looking to strengthen its commercial team in Frankfurt.
Reporting to the Regional Management team, you will be responsible for developing business within a defined territory. The role combines new client acquisition, lead conversion, revenue growth, and the development of long-term commercial relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential new clients
- Convert inbound leads into new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners
- Contribute to the commercial development of your territory
Candidate profile
- Fluent German and professional English
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to win new business
- Structured, proactive and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Compensation & benefits
- Salary up to €50,000 per annum, depending on profile and experience
- Attractive uncapped commission structure
