Core Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement local sales strategy and annual business plan.
• Achieve revenue, gross margin, order intake, and payment collection targets.
• Identify, develop, and close key accounts and flagship projects.
• Recruit, develop, and manage channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
• Lead or support the local sales team (for Director level).
• Ensure full compliance with EU regulations: CE, RoHS, REACH, GDPR, industrial safety, and MDR (for medical robotics).
• Collaborate with global R&D, product, supply chain, and service teams.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and customer events.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years (Manager) / 8+ years (Director) of B2B sales experience in robotics, automation, or intelligent equipment in Europe.
• Fluent in English and local market language.
• Demonstrated success in complex B2B project sales and channel management.
• Strong customer orientation, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel frequently within Europe.
