IT Support Engineer

Dispatch Requirement – AV & Microsoft Teams Room Installation Engineers

We require 2 onsite engineers for a full-day installation activity scheduled for the Germany TCL Project.

Activity Details

• Date: 12th May 2026
• Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Scope of Work

TV Installation

• Mount and install the TV at the designated location
• Perform alignment checks and basic functionality testing

Poly Device Setup

• Install the Poly V12/V52 device above or below the TV based on site conditions
• Connect all required power and network cables

HP Mini PC Installation

• Install the HP Mini PC behind the TV setup
• Secure and organize all connected cables properly

Cabling Activities

• Route cables from the display area to the conference table through the available raceway/pathway
• Perform proper cable dressing, management, and labeling

Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) Configuration

• Configure the MTR system
• Validate audio, video, microphone, speaker, and screen-sharing functionality

Testing & Client Handover

• Perform complete end-to-end testing
• Coordinate with the client for walkthrough and final sign-off

Engineer Requirements

• Experience with AV device installation and conferencing room setup
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) systems
• Familiarity with TV mounting, cable routing, and AV troubleshooting
• Ability to coordinate with remote technical teams during implementation
