Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – West Division

Location: Remote (Must be based in Colorado or Utah)

Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 base + uncapped commission

Position Summary

Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and scale recruiting operations across our West Division. This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully managed recruiting teams and understands how to drive performance, accountability, and results within direct hire construction recruiting.

This is a player-coach position where you’ll guide a team of recruiters while remaining actively involved in high-impact searches. You’ll set the tone, establish expectations, and elevate team performance across professional-level construction roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of recruiters focused on direct hire construction roles
• Drive full-cycle recruiting efforts for positions such as Superintendents, Project Managers, Engineers, and BIM professionals
• Establish performance expectations, track metrics, and improve team productivity
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and regional growth strategy
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of construction leadership and technical talent
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing additional recruiters
• Promote consistency, quality, and efficiency across recruiting efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven experience managing and developing a team of recruiters
• Strong track record recruiting for roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, Engineers, or similar
• Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals
• Strong sourcing, closing, and pipeline development skills
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Must be based in Colorado or Utah
