Due to business expansion, GOFO is offering an opportunity for the position of IT Support Engineer in our warehouse located in Madrid.


Job title:IT Support Engineer (full-time)

Job location: Madrid, Spain

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of local logistics business processes in Spain and the logic of system functions; quickly respond to and resolve operational, data, or functional issues encountered by business teams in daily system usage to ensure business continuity.
  • Build and maintain a standardized knowledge base based on recurring system issues resolved in daily operations; regularly update and refine documentation to create reusable troubleshooting guidelines and reduce repeated inquiries.
  • Analyze high-frequency issues in the knowledge base and identify capability gaps within the business team; design targeted training programs and organize training sessions and hands-on guidance to improve the team’s ability to independently use the system.
  • Proactively collect system optimization requirements generated by local business teams during logistics operations; prioritize requirements and coordinate with the technical team in China to ensure proper implementation and closure.
  • After requirement implementations and system iteration projects go live, collaborate with the technical team in China and the local business team to ensure smooth rollout and collect post-launch feedback.
  • Research logistics systems used by local competitors and industry peers in Spain; produce analysis reports to support system iteration and product optimization by the technical team in China.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT product management or logistics system operations and maintenance; experience in software development or technical support is preferred.
  • Familiar with debugging and troubleshooting processes for software applications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Must hold legal residency in Spain; fluent in Chinese, and Spanish at B2 level or above is preferred.

因业务扩张,GOFO现位于马德里地区招聘技术支持工程师


岗位名称:技术支持工程师(全职)

工作地点:西班牙 马德里

岗位职责:


  • 深入理解西班牙本地物流业务流程与系统功能逻辑,快速响应并解决业务同事日常使用系统时遇到的操作、数据、功能异常等问题,保障业务连续性
  • 基于日常解决的系统问题,沉淀标准化知识库,定期更新维护,形成可复用的问题处理手册,降低重复咨询率
  • 分析知识库中高频问题与业务团队能力短板,针对性设计培训内容,组织培训与实操辅导,提升业务团队自主使用系统的能力
  • 主动收集本地业务团队在物流作业中产生的系统优化需求,梳理需求优先级,跟进国内技术团队,确保需求闭环落地
  • 需求与系统迭代项目上线后,协同国内技术部门与本地业务部门,推动项目平稳落地并收集上线后反馈
  • 调研西班牙本地物流同行及竞品的系统功能,形成调研分析报告,为国内技术团队的系统迭代和产品优化提供依据


岗位要求:


  • 本科及以上学历,信息技术、计算机或相关专业。
  • 拥有1年以上IT产品管理或物流系统运维的工作经验,有软件开发或技术支持经验者优先。
  • 熟悉软件应用程序的调试和故障排除流程。
  • 具备较强的沟通能力,能够在跨职能团队中高效工作。
  • 拥有西班牙合法居留,精通中文,西班牙语B2及以上优先。
