Job Summary

The Project Coordinator supports the Residential Construction Project Manager in executing exterior construction projects from start to finish.

This role ensures projects move efficiently through scheduling, material coordination, subcontractor communication, and customer follow-up. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining organization, communication flow, and overall production efficiency.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project scheduling and production timelines
  • Coordinate material orders and deliveries
  • Communicate with homeowners regarding scheduling and updates
  • Assist with subcontractor coordination and documentation
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure all required permits, paperwork, and documentation are completed
  • Support quality control processes and safety compliance tracking
  • Assist with conflict resolution and customer concerns
  • Maintain organized project files and production systems
  • Provide proactive follow-up to ensure smooth project completion

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in project coordination, construction administration, or similar role
  • Roofing/siding/construction industry experience preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coachable team player with a positive attitude
  • Problem-solver who takes initiative
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
