The Role

As Director of Sales, you’ll sit at the leadership table, reporting directly to the CEO. This isn’t a “keep things running” position – this is a build, lead, and scale opportunity.

You’ll own:

  • Sales strategy and execution across the region
  • Revenue growth and performance metrics
  • Leadership, coaching, and development of the sales team
  • New account development
  • Alignment of sales initiatives with company vision and values

  • Proven success leading high-performing B2B sales teams
  • Strong track record of driving consistent revenue growth

  • Data-driven mindset with comfort owning KPIs and forecasts
  • High emotional intelligence – you lead people as well as numbers
