Business Development/Sales

Sky Elements Drone Shows is the largest drone light show provider in the United States, delivering both intimate as well as large-scale aerial performances for brands, sports teams, cities, and major events nationwide.

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to drive inbound and outbound sales, manage client relationships, and close deals in a fast-growing, high-visibility industry.

Location: Remote or (Coppell, TX optional in office)

Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekend availability as needed.

Holiday work required, especially around July 4th, First week in December and New Years Eve.

Travel: 50%

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales or business development experience
• Strong professional presence and confidence in video-based interactions
• Ability to manage both inbound and outbound sales activities
• Experience using CRM and project management tools
• Strong organizational skills across multiple deals and timelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Demonstrated initiative with a results-driven approach

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel 50% for events across the United States
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods, including video conferencing
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, phone, and computer work

• Ability to travel frequently via air and ground transportation
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods at event sites when required

• Remote work environment with frequent video meetings

• Event environments may include outdoor conditions, varying weather, crowds, and irregular hours
