ENGINEERING – ELECTRICAL EXECUTIVE/ SR. EXECUTIVE

Position– Executive/ Sr. Executive

Experience– 4 to 7 years.

Job Location– Lote, Chiplun

Qualification– Degree/ Diploma in Electrical

Job Responsibilities

• Collect data of consumption, adherence to the budget
• Commissioning, Erection, Installation, Equipment’s Procurement, Follow-up with vendors
• Maintain Quality Documents/Records , Implementation of PM Schedule as per plan, Calibration of instruments as per schedule, master instrument calibration
• Revision and making of SOP’s
• Maintaining Inventory lists, Optimizing Engineering inventory, Old equipment utilization, maintain mini-max critical spares
• Improvements in Safety Talks, Maintain the PM & calibration for all safety related equipment’s as per schedule, provide support to EHS Department in terms of Maintenance
• Maintain the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015/ISO45001:2018/ISO 14001:2015
• Giving training to subordinates as per instructions of Sr. Manager, and need identified by Sr. Manager
• Compliance related to Electrical Installation, Weights & Measures, Electrical DG duty.
• MIS reports with proper justification in terms of Breakdown reports, diesel consumption, electricity consumption report
• Maintaining Spare parts, New instrument Installation and Monitoring
